The YOMPER is a 4x4 compact vehicle conversion based on the proven Suzuki Jimny platform and has both commercial and leisure applications.
Sampson Engineering manufacture five standard versions of YOMPER:
YOMPER 275C "Commercial" (see image 4) LWB Alloy drop side pick up truck with fully flat load bed. 500kgs load capacity. 50mm lift is fitted as standard.
YOMPER 275K "Karry" LWB Tub construction type pick up body with fixed sides with drop down tailgate. 500kgs load capacity. 50mm lift is standard.
YOMPER 225B "Bergan" SWB (see image 2), Ute type truck but with extended load bed (ELB) 350kgs or 500kgs load capacity. 50mm lift is standard.
YOMPER 225R "Rustler" SWB Ute type truck. 350kgs or 500kgs load capacity. Lift kit optional.
YOMPER 225 FS "Field Star" SWB Tray-Back - see image 5 - (with sides) truck. The Gamekeepers choice. 350kgs or 500kgs load capacity. Lift kit and semi-flotation tyres are optional.
They also offer non-standard builds: YOMPERS of both 275 and 225 wheelbases can be supplied as chassis cab only vehicles, allowing for custom body fitment. Examples being: Tippers, Flat Beds, Box Vans, Cage Backs, Micro Campers, Log Cradles etc.
All YOMPER 4x4's can be produced as a 'Spark EV ' - fully electric powered version.
Sampson Engineering only convert vehicles which they have inspected, selected and purchased themselves - this is to ensure that the condition of each incoming vehicle meets their stringent criteria and that its base line price is right to allow the finished vehicle to be completed on budget. All their road-going vehicles are supplied with IVA (Individual Vehicle Assessment) compliant test certification.
